This is what we’ve all been waiting for: ABC tossing two whole shows on us at the same time. In this podcast episode we debate whether or not The Proposal is interesting, though it undoubtedly is interesting when compared to the current season of The Bachelorette. We also talk in detail about a few of Becca’s suitors because, well, that’s what podcasts are for! (And we think we have a little crush on Leo.) Come join us as we come roaring back after our week off to recap the full three hours of content.
From the moment they began the split-screen “unedited” breakup we all knew Becca would be the next Bachelorette, cementing her fame and place in reality TV history. So how did the show keep up suspense and intrigue after this non-bombshell? By including fascinating conversations with Arie, Lauren, and a team of past super exciting Bachelors sitting on Chris Harrison’s couch. Believe it or not our podcast tear down is WAY more exciting and travels deep into the nature of relationships. Follow along for our last podcast of the season!
We’re back after an unscheduled week off to go over all of the material from the past three Bachelor episodes: from hometown dates to Women Tell All to sex in the champagne rooms (or tent if you’re Becca). Stick with us until the end because we have a lot of juicy insights to share!
If you like great podcasting, this is your episode! If you don’t like a bunch of women and one man trying every tactic to not fall in love in Paris, this is not your episode! Like, Lauren B., whoa, WTF. Join us as we try to figure her out and everyone else.
This whole situation is different. Let’s all admit that this lot is different, and the bachelor is different. We try to figure it out and get into a few arguments — what better podcasting?! Come along as we argue errr try to figure it out.
Two first dates and two bombs dropped… or train wrecks, however you want to describe it. Though, we are quick to point out the uniqueness of this second episode among the pantheon of Bachelor second episodes. Come with us as we revisit the the ups and downs and… Scottsdale… along with Arie and the gang!
We bet that after last week you said to yourself, “I want an episode featuring the women.” Who wouldn’t? Last week the men set us up with varying implementations of mixed signals. and nothing brings out the worst in women like getting too attached on a reality dating show.
When Shakespeare wrote his tragedies he had historical figures with fatal flaws in mind. When producers of The Bachelor created Bachelor in Paradise they had Dean, Taylor, and Lacey in mind. Each of them have major flaws that have pissed off peers and viewers. So take note because some day this could be you. Nah just kidding, but it’s all good teachable moments anyways.
In this episode we call out Judge Lindsay for not being bothered to appear on the American Broadcasting Company leaving Rachel’s Mom to corner the men by herself. Meanwhile, Peter goes douche, Bryan gets grilled, and Eric, well, he gets to sleep in the Fantasy Suite.
A good episode begets some good podcasting, and we try not to disappoint while following four hometown dates that take us on a tour from Miami to…. Wisconsin, Colorado, and Maryland. And, spoiler alert, Dean gets a rose… not.
